Our services

We offer residential and commercial interior design services, including layout consultations, furniture selection, color palettes, lighting and complete room renovation projects.

Services are delivered in person or through online consultations. The scope of each project is described in a custom proposal before you pay.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to purchase our services.

Orders, prices and payment

The full price of your service is shown in your proposal and at checkout, before you pay. Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include the charges described there.

An order is confirmed when payment is approved. We do not sell subscriptions, and there are no recurring charges.

We may cancel orders with pricing errors or suspected fraud and refund any amount paid.

Your responsibilities

Please provide accurate information about your space, such as measurements, photos and access for in-person visits, and keep scheduled appointments.

Furniture, materials and contractor work you buy from third parties are governed by those third parties' own terms.

Intellectual property

All content on the website and all design materials we create belong to Drew Petersen or its licensors. This includes layouts, mood boards and palettes.

These materials may not be copied or redistributed without permission, except for your personal use in carrying out your own project.

No guarantee of results

Results depend on individual factors, such as your space, budget, product availability and third-party execution. We do not promise specific outcomes.

Limitation of liability and governing law

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
