Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your Drew Petersen design service. Because we provide services and do not sell physical products, there are no product returns. This policy explains how to request a refund. Effective date: 2026-10-23.

Refund period

You may request a refund within 30 days of purchase.

E-mail [email protected] with your order number and a short description of your request. You can also call (818) 760-4433.

We answer within 2 business days.

How you are refunded

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

Card statements may take one or two billing cycles to show the refund. There are no recurring charges to cancel.

Exceptions

Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned, except in case of defect.

Furniture, décor or materials you buy directly from third-party retailers are not sold by us. Returns of those items follow each retailer's own policy.
